Learns and applies general rules and regulations of various assistance programs such as MediCal, Medicare, Social Security, and Veteran's Benefits, and prepares documents to secure aid. Learns and applies rules, regulations, and procedures involved in conservatorship proceedings and administration of estates under the jurisdiction of the Public Administrator or Public Guardian.
